Most recently, he served as CMO at LoanPro, where he established the company as a core infrastructure platform for banks, credit unions, and fintechs. Pond also co-founded the community-driven event Fintech NerdCon, fostering engagement among fintech operators. Prior roles include executive positions at Truv, MX, Lucid, and HealthEquity, where he drove significant revenue and brand growth.
