Invisible Technologies has announced an agreement to acquire WeCP, an AI-native technical assessment and intelligence platform known for its rigorously validated evaluation frameworks. The move strengthens Invisible’s capabilities in high-precision AI training and expert evaluation across complex domains.
As AI systems become increasingly integrated into engineering, healthcare, finance, and other advanced industries, the quality of the human expertise shaping these systems is critical. High-stakes workflows require structured, scalable validation of domain specialists, and WeCP provides just that.
A Proven Platform for Technical Expertise
WeCP has developed an extensive assessment infrastructure over the past five years:
- Over two million real-world technical interviews conducted
- 18,000+ targeted, domain- and role-specific assessment frameworks spanning engineering, banking, healthcare, finance, and advanced STEM domains
- Enhanced infrastructure for reinforcement learning (RL) gyms and task simulation
The platform enables precise evaluation of advanced technical talent, providing a foundation for AI training that demands both accuracy and scalability.
Matt Fitzpatrick, CEO of Invisible Technologies, said:
“The performance of advanced AI systems depends on trusted human expertise, and WeCP’s assessment engine has built one of the most extensively refined technical assessment libraries in the market. By integrating WeCP into Invisible’s AI training platform, Meridial, we’re raising the bar on precision and speed for expert evaluation across our platform while also accelerating our capabilities in RL gyms and simulated environments.”
Founders and Team Integration
WeCP was founded by Abhishek Kaushik, formerly of Google, and Mohit Goyal, formerly of Meta, with a mission to modernize technical evaluation. Originally focused on improving interview question generation, the platform evolved into a comprehensive system for measuring real-world skill, reasoning, and domain expertise.
Kaushik and Goyal, along with key members of the WeCP team, will join Invisible Technologies, continuing to advance expert assessment infrastructure while integrating their frameworks into Invisible’s AI training ecosystem.
Kaushik commented:
“We built WeCP to solve a fundamental challenge: traditional talent vetting does not scale for high-impact, high-precision work. Joining Invisible allows us to extend our assessment frameworks into advanced AI training environments where rigor and accuracy are essential.”
Implications for AI Training and RL
The acquisition aligns with a broader trend of AI platforms incorporating human expertise as a critical component of model development. By combining Invisible’s Meridial platform with WeCP’s validated assessments and RL gym capabilities, organizations can accelerate high-fidelity simulation, expert validation, and skill measurement in advanced technical domains.
This deal positions Invisible Technologies as a leader in AI training infrastructure that blends trusted human expertise with scalable AI evaluation tools, setting a new standard for precision in expert-driven AI workflows.
