We have strong, long-standing relationships with our channel partners and our processes are designed to optimise both our performance and theirs.
HP has had a 50-year presence in the UK, and we have an unwavering commitment to building the channel and fostering long-term partnerships. We remain focused on the channel, with over 90% of our business transacted through it. I’m optimistic about the opportunities ahead – there’s no better industry to be in right now.
Five years ago, product procurement was essential to meet the demand for equipping a hybrid workforce, but now businesses need to refresh, update and prioritise collaboration and security. HP is perfectly positioned to support partners and end-users with a broad portfolio of AI enabled products.

Like any emerging technology, AI is still evolving. That’s exactly why investing in it now is crucial. HP currently has several AI PCs available in the market, including the OmniBook Ultra 14’’, OmniStudio X27 AiO, OmniBook X AI PC and EliteBook Ultra AI PC for business users.
In March, HP also expanded its SMB portfolio with the launch of the HP Color LaserJet 3000 series. Powered by energy-efficient TerraJet toner, it delivers vibrant colours, faster print speeds, and a compact design ideal for growing businesses. Key features include Wi-Fi 2 for reliable connectivity, industry-leading security, and the fastest duplex printing in its class. TerraJet technology enhances performance with 11% more vivid colours, 18% faster speeds, and reduced energy consumption and plastics, aligning with sustainability goals.
Looking ahead, we’ll be announcing more innovations; including new print devices with integrated AI and advanced software optimisation features.
