Initially rolling out in the United States and Latin America, the new AI agent expands the company’s IgniteAI platform beyond standalone AI features toward what the company calls agentic AI—systems capable of coordinating multi-step workflows across learning platforms.
The technology is powered by Amazon Web Services, specifically through Amazon Bedrock, the cloud platform’s environment for building generative AI applications and autonomous agents.

The extended access period is intended to give educators and administrators time to explore agentic AI capabilities and help shape the platform through real-world feedback.
