Fractal Analytics is putting a dedicated business operation behind India’s growing enterprise AI market, launching an India Business Unit focused on helping large organizations move from AI experimentation to production-scale deployments. The Mumbai-based company’s strategy centers on its Cogentiq agentic AI platform, alongside products including its healthcare multimodal reasoning platform Vaidya.ai and research efforts under the IndiaAI Mission.

Fractal Analytics is responding with a dedicated India Business Unit, giving the company a more focused structure for selling and deploying enterprise AI technology in one of the world’s fastest-developing AI markets.
The move builds on nearly two decades of Fractal’s work in India’s technology ecosystem. The company says it already works with multiple Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and has seen adoption of its Cogentiq platform among Indian institutions.

The difference between experimenting with AI and operating AI at enterprise scale is substantial.

Fractal recently partnered with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to deploy AI-powered citizen health services using Vaidya.ai, which the company describes as India’s first healthcare multimodal reasoning platform.
