Datasea Inc. (NASDAQ: DTSS) is moving from concept to commercialization in the AI health robotics space, announcing expanded collaboration with Yizhimei Technology Co., Ltd. to deploy acoustic + AI head-care robots for health and wellness applications. The partnership now extends beyond technology enablement into product commercialization, targeting both domestic and international markets.
From Technical Validation to Commercial Rollout
Datasea has achieved initial technical service revenue under its cooperation framework with Yizhimei, validating a business model that combines acoustic AI core technology with system-level services. The collaboration leverages Datasea’s expertise in acoustic field regulation, algorithm optimization, and integration to enhance head-care robots for automated health and personal wellness scenarios.
“Achieving initial technical service revenue and deploying products across multiple service locations demonstrates the commercial viability of our core acoustic technologies,” said Zhixin Liu, CEO of Datasea. “Expanding into AI health care robots marks an important step toward standardized deployment and scalable applications.”
Domestic and International Market Expansion
Currently, Datasea and Yizhimei have deployed products across more than 50 Chinese cities in roughly 300 service locations, delivering standardized head-care services. The companies are advancing a chain-based franchise model to replicate deployment at scale, with a domestic goal of 3,000 locations.
Internationally, the partnership is expanding into South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, with a target of 1,500 locations. The strategy combines equipment deployment, recurring services, and consumables to create a closed-loop operational framework: “equipment + services + recurring operations.”
Riding the Multi-Billion-Dollar Wellness Wave
Datasea is positioning itself at the intersection of AI, robotics, and wellness—an industry projected to exceed RMB 1.5 trillion (~USD 215 billion) in China alone. Rapid growth in digital beauty, smart health management, and non-invasive wellness technologies is driving demand for AI-powered, data-driven, and scalable solutions.
By integrating acoustic technology + AI algorithms + robotic architecture, Datasea aims to move beyond research innovation to industrial-scale deployment, standardization, and international market presence.
Strategic Implications
The Datasea-Yizhimei collaboration illustrates a broader trend in consumer wellness: companies are increasingly adopting AI-enabled robotics to deliver consistent, high-quality services at scale. With a clear roadmap for domestic and international growth, Datasea is not only validating its technology but also establishing a repeatable commercial model capable of sustaining long-term expansion.
“Our cooperation is forming a complete commercial framework of technology enablement, joint product development, channel promotion, and chain replication,” Liu added. “We believe this model has strong potential for scalable expansion across global markets.”
As AI-driven consumer wellness becomes mainstream, Datasea’s integrated acoustic + AI platform could become a blueprint for scalable, technology-enabled service models in the health and beauty sectors.
