In this key role, Mr. Sullivan will lead the company’s cybersecurity program and shape strategic initiatives to align with evolving business security needs. He is dedicated to maintaining Concentric AI’s robust security posture while driving innovative approaches to safeguard sensitive data within complex digital ecosystems.

Proven Leader with 25+ Years of Cybersecurity Expertise
With over 25 years of experience managing enterprise-wide security transformations and responding to high-stakes incidents, including ransomware breaches, Sullivan brings deep expertise to Concentric AI. Prior to joining, he served as SVP and Chief Information Security Officer at Magellan Health, where he led cybersecurity, physical security, and data governance initiatives while advocating mental health awareness within cybersecurity teams.
Sullivan has been recognized as a Top Global CISO by Cyber Defense Magazine in 2023 and 2024. He actively contributes to the HITRUST Health 3rd Party Trust Initiative. His extensive background also includes leadership roles at Ingram Content Group, C&S Wholesale Grocers, and JT Investments. He holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on IT Management.
