BigBear.ai (NYSE: BBAI), a leader in mission-ready AI for national security, announced today the acquisition of certain technologies from CargoSeer, Ltd., a company specializing in AI-enhanced cargo scanning and trade risk management. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
CargoSeer’s AI Shipment Inspection Platform integrates computer vision, automated image analysis, machine learning, and trade/cargo data to improve Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) of shipments. The technology enables customs authorities to rapidly identify high-risk cargo, detect potential threats, and increase inspection efficiency at ports of entry worldwide.
