Acronis is doubling down on its vision for autonomous IT, unveiling a major expansion of its AI-native cyber platform that combines cybersecurity, infrastructure, service management, business intelligence, and AI-driven automation into a unified environment for managed service providers (MSPs) and enterprise IT teams.
Announced during the company’s Acronis Accelerate: The Journey to Autonomous IT event, the latest capabilities build on several product launches introduced since January 2026. Rather than positioning AI as another standalone feature, Acronis says it is redesigning its platform so technicians, business teams, and AI agents can collaborate within a single operating environment.
The announcement reflects a broader shift in enterprise IT, where vendors are racing to move beyond AI assistants toward agentic AI systems capable of executing complex operational workflows with human oversight.
A Unified AI-Native Platform for MSPs
At the heart of the announcement is an expanded Acronis Cyber Platform, designed to eliminate the fragmented toolsets many MSPs rely on for cybersecurity, endpoint management, automation, and customer support.
Acronis organizes its AI strategy around what it calls the “By AI, With AI, For AI” framework:

Acronis Cyber Console
Cyber Console serves as a centralized AI-native workspace where technicians, business teams, and AI agents manage protection, infrastructure, automation, and day-to-day IT operations through a single interface.
The goal is to reduce context switching while providing unified visibility across customer environments.
Acronis Cyber Intelligence
Cyber Intelligence functions as the platform’s decision-making layer.
By continuously analyzing operational data, customer contracts, and protected endpoints, it identifies service gaps, recommends remediation, uncovers potential revenue opportunities, and helps reduce ticket volumes before issues escalate.
Rather than simply reporting problems, the platform is designed to proactively guide MSP decision-making.
Acronis Service Desk
Customer support is another major focus.
The new AI-powered Service Desk introduces autonomous ticket workflows capable of enriching alerts with additional context, analyzing incidents, and initiating remediation automatically.
The service will also integrate with third-party technology ecosystems, allowing AI workflows to incorporate information from multiple enterprise platforms instead of operating in isolation.
Acronis Cyber Studio
Perhaps the most forward-looking announcement is Cyber Studio.
The new workspace enables MSPs to build deterministic automation workflows as well as agentic AI processes using natural language prompts.
While AI agents can execute increasingly sophisticated workflows, administrators retain governance, visibility, and approval controls throughout the process—a key requirement for enterprise IT organizations adopting autonomous systems.

Cyber Frame Expands Infrastructure Migration Options
Beyond AI, Acronis also enhanced Cyber Frame, its infrastructure platform introduced earlier this year.
The latest update adds integrated migration capabilities that allow MSPs to move workloads from VMware and Microsoft Azure into either Cyber Frame Cloud or Cyber Frame Local.
The migration tools support staged transitions and controlled cutovers, providing service providers with greater flexibility when modernizing customer infrastructure.
Former VMware CEO and former Acronis Chairman Paul Maritz described Cyber Frame as an integrated alternative for organizations seeking to simplify infrastructure management while consolidating backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, remote access, and automation into a single platform.
With many enterprises reassessing virtualization strategies following recent licensing and pricing changes across the infrastructure market, migration capabilities have become an increasingly competitive differentiator.
Building the Foundation for AI-Driven MSP Operations
The announcement also builds upon four major platform additions Acronis introduced earlier this year:
- Acronis Archival Storage for long-term data retention.
- Acronis MDR by Acronis TRU for managed detection and response.
- Acronis GenAI Protection for securing AI environments and governance.
- Acronis Cyber Frame for protected infrastructure and cloud operations.
Combined, these services aim to create an integrated technology stack capable of supporting increasingly autonomous managed services.
Open Source Gets an AI Boost With Constructor Fabric
Alongside the platform announcements, Acronis also joined Constructor Group and Virtuozzo in launching Constructor Fabric, an Apache 2.0-licensed open-source software delivery framework.
Governed by the independent Constructor Fabric Foundation, the project is designed as an AI fabric for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) development, enabling AI to define, build, deploy, and manage software using reusable components and automated operational workflows.
Acronis says Constructor Fabric will be available to partners and customers, allowing them to customize applications, extend the Acronis platform, and develop secure AI-powered services tailored to their own business requirements.
