Telematics veteran to drive company’s global operations excellence and telematics service provider partner success
Limassol, Cyprus (February 26, 2025) – 3Dtracking, a leading global provider of white-labelled telematics platforms, today announced that the company has recently appointed Merick Singh as its new Head of Operations.
In his role as Head of Operations, Merick is responsible for implementing and optimizing service delivery processes for the company’s telematics service provider (TSP) partners managing their service operations on the 3Dtracking platform. Merick and his team are currently expanding the training, support and other resources available to ensure the company’s TSP partners are achieving their ongoing operational objectives and strategic growth plans with the 3Dtracking platform.

Merick brings a wealth of experience from across the telematics industry, including senior management roles in business development, operations, compliance and technical support. Prior to joining 3Dtracking, Merick managed a network of distribution partners in 28 countries across Africa and the Middle East for a leading provider of asset tracking devices for stolen vehicle recovery and other telematics security applications. His previous experience includes managing telematics fleet compliance in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for an emerging provider of a ride hailing service and managing large-scale, multinational telematics projects for a leading provider of mobile asset tracking software.
