The global technology company announced a strategic investment in Soundskrit, a developer of directional MEMS microphone technology, as part of its broader push to advance AI Sensor Fusion (AISF). The deal deepens collaboration between the two companies and strengthens Primax Tymphany’s audio sensing stack within its long-term AISF platform strategy.
