The Dimensity 9500 features the ninth-generation NPU 990 with Generative AI Engine 2.0, doubling AI compute power and introducing BitNet 1.58-bit large model processing, cutting AI power consumption by up to 33%. Users gain 100% faster outputs for 3B-parameter LLMs, 128K token long text processing, and industry-first 4K UHD image generation, while peak power use drops by 56%.
The platform also introduces an integrated compute-in-memory architecture for the Super Efficient NPU, enabling continuous AI model operation and smarter proactive AI for everyday tasks.

MediaTek’s connectivity suite ensures seamless mobile performance with Bluetooth call enhancement, Wi-Fi fast transfer, and multi-network intelligence. AI-driven optimizations cut 5G power by up to 10% and Wi-Fi power by 20%, while 5CC carrier aggregation boosts bandwidth by 15% and AI-based congestion prediction lowers network latency by 50%.
