Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), a diversified holding company anchored by Bitcoin, is entering the AI cloud arena with plans to launch an on-demand NVIDIA GPU cloud platform from its sprawling Michigan data center campus. Operated by its subsidiary Alliance Cloud Services (ACS), the platform promises instant access to advanced GPUs—including the H100, B200, and B300—for enterprises, developers, and researchers.
Flexible GPU Access Without the CapEx
The service, expected to go live in the first half of 2026, will allow customers to deploy AI, HPC, and generative AI workloads without investing in their own hardware. Users can start with single GPU instances and seamlessly scale to full clusters as demand grows—a model increasingly popular among AI startups and research labs seeking agility and cost efficiency.
“Our mission is to democratize access to world-class computing,” said William B. Horne, CEO of Hyperscale Data. “By integrating NVIDIA’s advanced Blackwell architecture, we empower innovators—from AI startups to Fortune 500 firms—to accelerate models and scale production workloads efficiently and sustainably.”
Michigan Facility: A High-Density, Sustainable AI Hub
The Michigan Facility spans over 600,000 square feet across 34.5 acres, purpose-built for high-density computing with advanced cooling and sustainable energy management. ACS already operates NVIDIA GPU clusters there for a Silicon Valley cloud services provider, demonstrating operational readiness and reliability ahead of the public launch.
“Through ACS, we’re building a true compute marketplace—immediate, elastic, and powerful,” added Milton “Todd” Ault III, Executive Chairman. “We aim to attract new customers and partnerships, cementing our position as a leading AI data center operator.”
Hyperscale Data’s move highlights a broader trend: enterprise demand for on-demand GPU computing is skyrocketing, driven by generative AI, machine learning, and large-scale analytics. By combining flexible access with sustainable infrastructure, Hyperscale Data is positioning itself to compete with established GPU cloud providers while appealing to cost-conscious innovators.
