At HUAWEI CONNECT 2025, Huawei introduced its Xinghe AI Campus Full-Scope Security Solution, a next-generation system designed to protect both digital and physical campus environments. The offering reflects the growing need for intelligent, AI-driven defenses as campus networks evolve beyond traditional connectivity.
Digital and Physical Security Converge
Campus networks today aren’t just for connectivity—they sense and connect everything. Huawei’s new solution addresses threats on multiple fronts: safeguarding digital assets, securing transmissions, monitoring physical spaces, and protecting privacy.
Shawn Zhao, Huawei spokesperson, explained: “With asset security, transmission security, spatial security, and privacy security, the Xinghe AI Campus Solution redefines protection across digital and physical worlds.”
Four Key Pillars of Protection
- Asset Security: AI-powered endpoint clustering and a comprehensive fingerprint database ensure complete visibility. Abnormal behavior can be identified within 30 seconds and controlled in just 1 second, giving enterprises end-to-end asset management.
- Transmission Security: Wi-Fi Shield technology uses AI signal scrambling to prevent eavesdropping. Coupled with end-to-end MACsec encryption and post-quantum cryptography, the solution secures wired and wireless networks—a capability already adopted by over 100 government and financial institutions.
- Spatial Security: In privacy-sensitive areas, AI algorithms combined with channel state information (CSI) sensing detect human presence at centimeter-level precision. This provides 24/7 intrusion detection without cameras or compromising privacy.
- Privacy Security: Huawei’s spycam-detecting AP uses AI feature matching to identify 110 camera models across 62 brands, detecting hidden cameras operating via Wi-Fi, cellular, or local storage in real time.
Huawei’s Xinghe AI Campus Security Solution demonstrates how AI can unify digital and physical defenses, ensuring that as campuses become more connected, they also become safer. In an era where security is no longer optional, Huawei continues to push the envelope in intelligent network protection.
