Zander Labs, a European deep-tech leader in neuroadaptive artificial intelligence and passive brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), is turning its sights on the U.S. market. CEO Jonathan Zwaan will visit California this September to engage with research institutions, tech companies, and investors, reinforcing the company’s global expansion strategy.
Bridging Brains and Machines
Founded in Germany and the Netherlands, Zander Labs has been at the forefront of neuroadaptive AI, which enables seamless communication between the human brain and intelligent systems. Its passive BCI technology captures highly precise mental-state data to train AI systems that work collaboratively with humans—a step toward a new paradigm in human-machine interaction.
“California is an amazing market for innovators,” said Zwaan. “Our goal is to collaborate with visionary partners who share our belief in making machines work better with humans.” The visit will focus on exploring joint research projects, co-development opportunities, and investment partnerships to accelerate commercialization in the U.S.
U.S. Expansion on the Horizon
Zander Labs already commands a strong presence in Europe, with €30M in government contracts and collaborations with leading aerospace and defense organizations. The California visit marks a strategic push to tap into the U.S. innovation ecosystem, where physical AI and neurotechnology are gaining significant traction, particularly in Silicon Valley.
The move highlights the growing importance of neuroadaptive AI and BCIs in global tech markets and signals that Zander Labs is positioning itself at the forefront of human-centric AI innovation worldwide.
