STRADVISION, a global leader in AI-based vision perception for autonomous vehicles, joined forces with AMD at CES 2026 to demonstrate its SVNet MultiVision software running on the AMD Versal™ AI Edge Series Gen 2 platform. The showcase used AMD’s VEK385 Evaluation Kit as a technical reference environment, highlighting real-time, multi-camera perception for next-generation ADAS and automated driving applications.
The demo emphasizes STRADVISION’s ability to process synchronized streams from multiple cameras simultaneously, leveraging AMD’s high-performance adaptive compute architecture to deliver scalable, low-latency perception. This integration illustrates how software-defined perception can thrive on heterogeneous compute platforms—a critical consideration as automotive architectures consolidate computing domains and centralize processing.
This CES presentation builds on the ongoing collaboration between STRADVISION and AMD, following previous demos at CES 2025 and a recently announced multi-year partnership aimed at advancing AI-powered vision systems. By combining STRADVISION’s production-proven perception stack with AMD’s adaptive SoCs, OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers can evaluate scalable perception solutions optimized for real-world autonomous vehicle deployment.
Philip Vidal, STRADVISION’s Chief Business Officer, emphasized the practical benefits: “This reference implementation allows us to engage OEMs and partners in system-level discussions around performance, scalability, and deployment pathways as vehicle architectures evolve toward centralized, software-defined compute.” Wayne Lyons, AMD’s senior director of Automotive Market, added, “By combining adaptive compute with STRADVISION’s proven perception software, we are helping automotive customers explore real-time, high-throughput solutions that scale across next-generation ADAS and automated driving architectures.”
With this joint CES demonstration, STRADVISION and AMD are signaling a clear message: multi-camera perception for autonomous driving is moving from concept to deployable reality, powered by AI-optimized, adaptive computing.
