Founded by entrepreneurs Jeff and Natalie, who experienced the inefficiencies of manual PTO tracking firsthand, OneTribe aims to eliminate spreadsheet-based workflows and empower teams to take time off without friction or confusion.

Where traditional HRIS tools can be bloated or disconnected from daily workflows, OneTribe focuses on ease, transparency, and user-first design. The platform enables managers and team members to handle all aspects of PTO—requests, approvals, balances, and reporting—in seconds.
“Time off shouldn’t feel like work,” added Natalie, co-founder. “We’re helping teams normalize rest by making PTO simple, accessible, and clear—no more confusion or awkward Slack messages.”
During early pilot programs with teams of 50+ employees, OneTribe received strong feedback for its usability and speed. HR managers reported improved team morale, better visibility into PTO trends, and time savings on tracking and reporting.
