Nebius today announced Nebius AI Cloud 3.0 “Aether”, the latest iteration of its AI-focused cloud platform. Designed for enterprise-scale AI workloads, Aether aims to provide organizations with trust, control, and simplicity when moving from AI experimentation to production.
Addressing Enterprise AI Challenges
As AI workloads shift from training to large-scale inference, many enterprises encounter fragmented tooling, slow deployment, and inconsistent performance across regions. Security models built for general-purpose workloads often fail to meet AI-specific compliance requirements, while managing data pipelines, GPU resources, and access controls introduces additional bottlenecks.
With the Aether release, Nebius addresses these challenges through:
- Enterprise-Grade Security & Compliance: SOC 2 Type II (including HIPAA), ISO 27001, ISO 27799, plus alignment with NIS2, DORA, ISO 27732, and ISO 27701 principles.
- Fine-Grained Governance: Native observability, granular IAM, and full infrastructure visibility ensure robust control over AI workloads.
- Streamlined Developer Workflows: Simplified deployment and orchestration accelerate time-to-value for regulated industries including healthcare, finance, and government.
Performance and Reliability at Scale
Performance remains a core focus. Nebius achieved leading results in MLPerf® Inference v5.1 benchmarks with NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 and HGX™ B200 systems. The platform also became one of the first NVIDIA Exemplar Clouds, meeting NVIDIA standards for large-scale training on HGX H200. Aether adds automated health monitoring with proactive issue detection and enhanced storage performance to ensure enterprise-grade reliability.
“Nebius AI Cloud delivers supercomputer performance, hyperscaler ease-of-use, and the governance enterprises need,” said Roman Chernin, co-founder and Chief Business Officer of Nebius. “Aether demonstrates that control and developer productivity can coexist on the same platform, enabling AI workloads to move from experimentation to business-critical production.”
Ecosystem and Global Reach
Nebius has built a growing ecosystem to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. Partnerships include TD SYNNEX (AI Infrastructure as a Service in North America) and integrations with platforms such as Anyscale, SkyPilot, Outerbounds, Saturn Cloud, and Lightning AI, providing end-to-end solutions from procurement to deployment.
With infrastructure deployed across the US, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, Nebius AI Cloud supports global compliance, local data residency, and early access to the latest GPU architectures, offering enterprises a unified platform experience worldwide.
Nebius will host a walk-through of AI Cloud 3.0 “Aether” with live Q&A on Wednesday, November 5, at 6 p.m. CET / 12 p.m. EST / 9 a.m. PST.
