MTX Group Inc., a global technology consulting firm, has acquired VerifyID.ai, an AI-driven digital identity verification platform designed for the public sector. The acquisition strengthens MTX’s AI and cybersecurity capabilities while expanding its footprint in trusted digital identity solutions.
VerifyID.ai uses advanced AI for facial and ID recognition, spoof and deepfake detection, and decentralized identity verification, giving governments and organizations secure identity verification tools while enabling citizens greater control over personal data.
