DRUID AI has closed $31 million in Series C funding to accelerate the global rollout of its enterprise-ready agentic AI platform, with Joseph Kim taking the helm as CEO. The strategic investment was led by Cipio Partners, alongside TQ Ventures, Karma Ventures, Smedvig, and Hoxton Ventures.

The Series C round coincides with DRUID AI being recognized as a Challenger in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Conversational AI Platforms, affirming the platform’s maturity and ability to deliver enterprise-grade results in a rapidly evolving market.

In 2024, DRUID AI grew annual recurring revenue (ARR) 2.7x year-over-year, supporting more than 1 billion conversations across thousands of agents.
