The announcement came at ChurnZero’s ZERO-IN 2025 conference in Chicago, showcasing the company’s latest innovation within its ChurnZero AI intelligence engine.
These AI Agents act as digital teammates, executing tasks around the clock, engaging every customer, and automating workflows that traditionally bog down teams. “AI no longer just advises but executes at scale, elevating humans to focus on strategy, relationships, and outcomes rather than dashboards and reports,” said CEO and co-founder You Mon Tsang. “ChurnZero AI takes the analytics, interprets the data, then pushes things to the finish line. Unlike generic AI tools, ChurnZero AI Agents are natively integrated into the platform, engineered specifically for customer success workflows. Some Agents operate automatically, while others execute on demand—allowing teams to confidently delegate critical touchpoints and tasks to trusted AI. The first batch of Agents, which will enrich data, generate customer engagements, and create custom records automatically, is expected to roll out in mid-fall.
A new AI Hub within ChurnZero provides a self-serve marketplace where customers can select and deploy Agents using credits. Users control which Agents run, the accounts they target, and the frequency of execution. This modular design encourages rapid experimentation, learning, and innovation.
