Autonomize AI, a pioneer in Agentic AI orchestration for healthcare and life sciences, has announced the appointment of Michele Paige and Tamara Elias, MD to its Growth Advisory Board. They join an experienced roster of leaders, including Joan Harvey, Pritesh Gandhi, MD, MPH, Anthony Nguyen, MD, MBA, and Sarah Bezerredi, shaping the company’s strategy as it scales across health plans, providers, and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) organizations.
“Michele’s track record in PBM innovation and Tamara’s rare combination of physician leadership, operator experience, and private equity perspective gives us both strategic and capital insight,” said Ganesh Padmanabhan, CEO of Autonomize AI. “Their expertise will be invaluable as we build the next phase of growth.”
Strengthening Healthcare AI Strategy
Michele Paige brings extensive experience in PBM and pharmacy operations, having led product and digital strategy at Elevance Health’s CarelonRx. Her work in specialty pharmacy and affordability initiatives is expected to accelerate Autonomize AI’s expansion of its enterprise AI platform and its marketplace of pre-built, pre-trained AI agents tailored for pharmacy-linked workflows.
Tamara Elias, MD, a physician executive and former private equity partner, has nearly a decade of investment experience. She has held senior roles at Microsoft/Nuance, Merck, Aetna, Becton Dickinson, and McKinsey, providing expertise across care delivery, pharma, enterprise technology, and capital strategy. Her guidance will help Autonomize forge strategic partnerships and scale its agentic AI solutions across the healthcare ecosystem.
Advisory Board Leadership
The Growth Advisory Board, chaired by Joan Harvey, convenes senior leaders from across healthcare to guide Autonomize AI’s expansion strategy. With this new leadership, the company aims to solidify its position as the agentic AI platform of choice for healthcare enterprises, delivering pre-built AI agents and orchestration capabilities that optimize workflows, reduce operational friction, and improve care outcomes.
As Autonomize AI continues to scale, the addition of Paige and Elias signals a strategic push to integrate deep PBM knowledge and clinical investment expertise into its enterprise AI roadmap, ensuring that its solutions meet the complex demands of modern healthcare organizations.
