AI Redefined, a disruptive force in human-AI collaboration technology, unveils key milestones that demonstrate exceptional growth and momentum. After a successful fundraising round in Silicon Valley, the Canadian company is on track for success in the coming year. This will be achieved through a new R&D facility in Paris, the cornerstone of European operations, and the appointment of industry leaders such as Dr. Yves Lostanlen as General Manager and Bernard Slede as Senior Vice President of Business Development. The expansion aligns with the growing adoption of the award-winning Cogment™ technology.
Located in Station F, in the heart of the Paris AI technopole, the new studio is a strategic move to establish a presence in the European AI landscape. This location will not only be an office, but also a center for innovation and collaboration in the development of new products and partnerships. The expansion includes a dedicated research and development team in Paris, supporting AI Redefined’s commitment to play a central role in the dynamic European AI ecosystem.
The management of AI Redefined in Europe is in the hands of General Manager Dr. Yves Lostanlen, a seasoned industry veteran known for his transformational leadership roles in major companies such as Engie, Siemens, Element AI, government institutions and academia. Dr. Lostanlen has deep and comprehensive knowledge in the field of AI technologies. His strategic insights are evidenced by numerous keynote events and more than 1200 citations for his articles. As a former board member of the IEEE Communication Society and expert advisor to prestigious institutions such as the European Commission and the Council of Europe, his appointment underscores AI Redefined’s commitment to attracting top talent to further drive innovation and growth.
About his new task, Dr. Lostanlen: “Joining AI Redefined and the Cogment team at this exciting time when human interaction is recognized as essential to the advancement of AI is a great opportunity. With Cogment’s proven human-in-the-loop AI products, we offer unique added value for industries where the coordination between AI and humans has traditionally been a challenge. I am confident that AI Redefined has the tools to lead in today’s rapidly evolving AI landscape.”
Another strategic step is the entry of Bernard Slede into AI Redefined as Senior Vice President of Business Development, bringing with him his experience from Intel, Dolby and Vonage. Slede is excited to join the AIR team: “Key markets such as aerospace, defense, renewable energy, manufacturing and healthcare see AIR’s human AI solutions as the missing piece to leverage their data. They are eager to confidently adopt and deploy AI using our proven Cogment suite of human-AI collaboration products.”
As AI Redefined gains momentum and prepares to announce major contracts, 2024 is expected to be a year of exponential growth. The European expansion, coupled with the appointments of industry leaders and Cogment’s continued advancements, reinforces AI Redefined’s commitment to shaping the future of human-AI collaboration.
